Residential Home Inspection
We abide by the Standards of Practice (SOP) set by both InterNACHI and FABI during all Residential Home Inspections. During the inspection, we perform a comprehensive walk-through of the home, noting the condition of visible systems and components and helping buyers understand what repairs should be considered before closing. As needed during the inspection, we use a thermal imaging camera and/or an aerial drone. The following areas, as long as they are safely accessible, will be included in the inspection:
- Roofing
- Exterior
- Structure
- Garage and carport
- Interior
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Insulation and ventilation
- Pools and spas
- Porches and screens
- Grade and elevation of residence
- Installed appliances

Other Inspection Services

Pre-Listing Inspection
Sellers can benefit from a home inspection just as much as buyers. During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we uncover a home’s strengths, weaknesses, and repair needs so that sellers can make repairs before showing the property and discuss the home openly with potential buyers.

New Construction Inspection
New Construction Inspections should be completed before the final walk-through with the builder. We will thoroughly search the home for defects and oversights so that the home can be made move-in ready before the walk-through.

New Construction Phase Inspections
New Construction Phase Inspections can help bring building defects to the surface before they get sealed away by finishing materials. We will inspect the property after each important phase so that issues can be addressed before the builder moves on to the next.

Multi-Family Residential Inspection
We also offer Multi-Family Residential Inspections for duplexes, triplexes, and quadruplexes.

Residential Pool Inspection
It is important to have your residential pool inspected to ensure that malfunctioning parts can be repaired and that safety requirements are met. We offer Residential Pools Inspections as a standalone service.

Outbuilding / Detached Structure Inspection
If you have an outbuilding or other detached structure on your property, we can inspect it along with your regular inspection or as a standalone service.

Re-Inspection
Upon request, we can Re-Inspect a home that we have previously completed a Buyer’s Inspections on. During the second inspection, we focus on repairs made since our last visit to ensure that all agreements between buyer and seller have been honored.

WDO/Termite Inspection
If you suspect or want to prevent a wood-destroying organism (such as termites) infestation, we will arrange a WDO Inspection with a licensed third-party inspector.

Light Commercial Building Inspection
Before buying a commercial property, make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into. We offer Light Commercial Building Inspections for small properties such as storefronts and offices.
Insurance Inspections
Wind Mitigation Inspection
In Florida, Wind Mitigation Inspections help insurers understand how prepared a home is for the area’s harsh weather. We will inspect the property for existing wind damage and suggest the upgrades that can be made to the home to mitigate against wind damage in the future.
4 Point Inspection
In situations where insurers need to know the condition of a home’s most significant areas rather than the entire home, a 4 Point Inspection may be done. This inspection includes the roof, HVAC system, electrical system, and plumbing system.
Roof Certification Report
We will thoroughly inspect a property’s roof for its age, condition, material, and defects to help buyers understand what repairs should be made and what the roof’s lifespan should be. If we cannot inspect on foot, an aerial drone will be used.
